Molly's Resources/Recommendations

My Favorite Softwares!

(Click the Icon to Open the Recommended Software)

Active Campaign

My favorite Autoresponder, great for sending and scheduling emails, automating sequences, keeping track of your list and segmenting your audience. If you’re not sure how to use an autoresponder, my “Email Marketing Mastery” program helps you set it up, start to finish.

Acuity Scheduling

My chosen online scheduling tool. Great for creating different appointment types, letting clients schedule themselves on your calendar, selling packages, classes, and reminding people to show up to their appointments with fully customizable email templates.

Kajabi

I use Kajabi for all my landing pages, sales pages, membership programs, online courses, opt in forms, and so much more. It’s my chosen ‘shopping cart’ software and it integrates perfectly with my list on Active Campaign. Tons of information about how to get set up for free through Kajabi University.

Bucket.io

Bucket is my chosen platform for my Client Attracting Quiz, it can be expensive, but it comes with a $1 trial for the first month. It’s amazing because it integrates to seemlessly with my list, and even allows me to pass on data to my list from individual quiz questions/answers. LOVE it!

Flodesk

 (alternative email list platform)

Cheaper than Active Campaign and can do mooost of the same things. Great option if Active Campaign feels too expensive.

Project Management

Clickup

This is my latest favorite when it comes to keeping myself organized with projects for my own business. I easily designate tasks to my assistants, or myself. I lay out different projects with all the action steps I need to complete and set dates for when things need to get done. Love the functionality even more than Trello and Asana, however I still use Trello with clients because of it’s simplicity and visual layout component.

Trello

I use trello boards to keep projects organized with each of my clients. We make to do lists, homework/action steps, due dates, and keep all the links to our drive folders etc. organized. This is also how I track client packages and who to keep in touch with and follow up with over time.

Asana

You absolutely do not need all three of these options. However, I’m adding Asana here because it’s another great alternative to Trello and Clickup. Similar functionality. Options for layout views, can add multiple members to projects and assign tasks. If you’re confused, pick one of these and if you don’t love how it works in the first 20 minutes, try another. I actively use all three for different reasons, and that’s not what I recommend.

More Tools:

Thrive Themes

This is a great alternative to Bucket.io for those who are building a quiz on wordpress. Thrive Themes has a Quiz Builder that works great, as well as plugins for opt in forms and more.
