Why did I finally dig into the Healy World?
A few years ago I quit drinking. It was a big step, a change that sort of simmered and settled for me over a number of years.
I found that even after one glass of wine, my energy would be low and my vitality and vibrance would take two or three days to come back online to my normal state.
After enough evidence to support that correlation, I found I could no longer justify even one drink. It wasn’t worth the self-deprecating thoughts or the depressed energy I knew always followed.
That shift was the beginning of a cascade of self-optimization experiments I enthusiastically tried out on myself. Next I gave up dairy, just to see what happened. Upon reintroduction, I found I was lactose intolerant and began geeking out on gut-health and optimizing my digestion.
I fell in love with exercise, and began going to the gym excitedly twice a week or more if my schedule allowed for it. I adopted a skin care routine, which may have been long overdue in my mid-thirties. I went down a research wormhole on structured water and after adding a structured water device to my life I began feeling so connected and aligned that I craved even more ways to harness the potential of energy and frequency in my body, business, and life.
Time and again I found new discoveries peeking out at me that aligned with my life-long interest in quantum physics and the phenomena possible with the mind-body connection.
I am a near-daily meditator. In my many years as an entrepreneur, coach, healer, and business mentor, I have guided and taught hundreds of people to address not just the symptoms or physical reality ‘facts’ of a situation, but to dig into the thoughts and energy behind it. I have used my own life and business as a constant experiment, and when I find something works, I share it and see if it works for others too.
What I’ve found is that energy matters.
Our thoughts create vibrations. Our bodies, lives, businesses, relationships, and circumstances respond to those vibrations.
This is old school law of attraction, “Like attracts like.” It is also scientifically backed information:
When you go down to the molecular level, all matter is composed of frequencies. Frequencies like to harmonize together.
So it makes perfect sense that when you introduce a frequency often associated with healing, repair, regeneration, mental clarity, or peace, that the 99% of your body’s molecules that may have been vibing to an altered frequency (looking at you, modern technology, insane input of commercial/capitalist programming, and status quo of suffering) are now able to return to a more whole, supportive vibration.
When you’re vibing at a new frequency, different stuff shows up.
Even if you think you’re not energetically sensitive, I’m betting if you sat down next to someone who was struggling, angry, or upset, they wouldn’t have to say or do anything and you’d get that energy loud and clear.
Same when you step into a room with someone who is beaming and overjoyed, you can feel it. So what if it was as simple as adding some magical frequency device to your life, to tune up to the vibration of healing, joy, pleasure, prosperity, or success?
I whole-heartedy DO NOT promote things that I haven’t tried for myself and loved, or seen plentiful evidence from people I trust that it’s effective. I am always learning. I’m always seeking shortcuts and fast-tracks to create optimal conditions to support thriving in my life and for my clients.

As I often do, I am using my life as an experiment.
I will update this page as time goes on with more of my own personal experiences with my Healy journey. I’m still just getting started. But I couldn’t wait to share my excitement. My Honest Review of Healy:
(and how I’m using it)
I know that it’s like to search the internet for info when you’re wondering if something is legit or not. I’m sharing my exact use and results here for you to get a first-hand account.
I’m going to keep updating this section as we go along:
Day #1:
I happened to be in a lot of neck pain when my Healy arrived in the mail. Within 20 minutes (not knowing exactly what to do) I hooked myself up with the wristbands, started a pain protocol, and my range of motion doubled. I was able to look left and right with WAY less pain.
Day #2 – Week #1:
I chose to follow a recommended protocol of doing the Pure Program 3X a day for 6 days before moving on to more of the Gold Programs in Week 2.
There were two mornings where I woke up to some neck pain again so I started with the Local Pain program, my pain COMPLETELY went away, and then I shifted to Pure again. It’s like magic. I keep thinking it couldn’t hurt to try, and then find myself stunned that the pain is gone. And this neck spasm was no joke, really bad. I was ready to get an urgent chiropractor appointment before the Healy arrived. Didn’t need to!
I’m sure the other dozens of programs are awesome but my partner and I are flying so high from just using Pure each day. I’ve been using it 2-3 times a day, and him once or twice. We are both very productive people but there seems to be this enthusiasm, this revelation, this vibrancy to all we are creating now. We keep saying, “Babe! We are crushing it!” And that’s what it feels like. It feels like we’ve just got the cheat codes to actually feeling vibrant, radiant, wildly creative, and alive! – and we can tap into it at the click of a button. WTactualF.
My moon cycle is approaching and I woke up one day feeling off: kind of grumpy, mopey, melancholy. My brain wanted to go to justifying what was likely just hormonal, looking for reasons to feel this way, but I chose to hook up my Healy and sit with it and lo and behold, 20 minutes later, (only halfway through the Pure program) my zest for life was beaming again. As in happy, laughing, dancing through my day, joy filled.
This shit works.
I’m 6 weeks in now and have had even more amazing experiences:
* was scratched up by a cat and I am allergic to cats so my wounds began to swell up and were red, itchy, and uncomfortable. I ran a scan for what program could help in the Healy Advisor (blue app) and it came up with ‘Skin Harmony’ and “Allergy” protocols. I ran those for two days and they significantly reduced my swelling, redness, itchiness, and ability to wear socks and shoes again. AMAZING!
I keep being surprised by how accurate the scan results are. Everyone I do them with is shocked to see what comes up, internal emotional insights, as well as physical things that they hadn’t mentioned are immediately pinged through the scan and then we can run a program targeted to supporting harmony in those areas.
